Can I increase My Heroku External Objects (OData) Rate Limit?

Issue

I'm hitting the rate limits for Heroku External Objects. My requests are returning HTTP 429 Too Many Requests errors with messages saying that my request was throttled. Can my rate limits be increased?

Resolution

Yes, it's possible to have your rate limits increased. Please contact your Heroku Account Executive (AE) to discuss your usage of Heroku External Objects.
