Heroku prorates all costs to the second. The price per database/month is the maximum you're charged if your database stays provisioned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week since your last billing cycle.
Our new Mini data plans are our lowest priced data plans:
- The Mini Heroku Postgres plan for $5/month.
- The Mini Heroku Data for Redis plan for $3/month.
For example, if you create a Mini Postgres database and delete it after 15 days, it will cost you roughly $2.50.
