Your invoice payment has not gone through and you are seeing a 'Charge Declined' notification email or 'Couldn't process the selected invoices' message.
These error messages indicate a rejection on the side of the credit card provider. Usually, it's best to contact your bank for more information as they will have visibility into the reason for the decline.
In our experience the issue is usually specific to the transaction and the card-issuing bank will need to investigate the cause—especially if the card has been used successfully for other purchases.
Additionally, be sure to check the expiration date, card number, and other billing information is correct when updating your card or verifying an account.
