What happens if I exceed my row limit on Heroku Connect?

Issue

You're an existing customer using a paid Heroku Connect plan and either you:

  • noticed on your team usage dashboard that you've used more rows than are included in your contract, or
  • are near your limit and worried adding an additional mapping may exceed that limit

Resolution

Heroku Connect does not strictly enforce row limits on paid Heroku Connect add-ons. Your Account Executive or a Sales Representative will reach out to you if there are overages.
