My apps were affected by an incident and I want to know more details about the problems and what efforts are being made to avoid a repeat occurrence.
Resolution
Our goal for public follow-up for incidents depends on their severity:
Sev0 incidents = 5 business days (24x5 clock)
Sev1 incidents = 5 business days (24x5 clock)
Sev2 incidents = 10 business days (24x5 clock)
The update will be published at the same URL as previous posts for the incident. Subscribers to Heroku Status will be notified:
