My account has been suspended, and thus I cannot log in to file a support ticket.
Support for suspended accounts is available by email. You must send the email from the same email address as your Heroku account.
For billing-related suspensions, the fastest way to restore your account is to pay your bill. Credit card customers can access the Heroku Dashboard if your account is currently suspended due to a billing issue. Further support is available by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
For all other suspensions, email email@example.com.
Once you hear back from support, you can respond to the email notification to continue the conversation.
