Issue
You're attempting to add a payment method to Heroku and are encountering an issue.
Resolution
Please check to see if any of the following items have been installed in your browser:
- Browser add-ons
- Browser extensions, such as an ad-blockers,
- Antivirus software
- Corporate network / VPNs
Disable these items while you update your card, as they may be interfering with the credit card form in your Heroku Dashboard.
Also, to rule out the possibility of browser or security plugins interfering with the JavaScript on the form, please try to update your card again from a different computer or browser.
