You need to add a new credit card or update existing payment information on an account.
To add a new credit card or update your existing payment information on your personal account, use the "Update Credit Card" button on your billing page.
If you wish to remove all payment information from a personal account, use the "Remove Credit Card" button on your billing page. *Note, removing your credit card will prevent you from turning on paid services or add-ons, and you'll be unable to add a new card until the following month. Please see our documentation on removing your credit card for additional information.
Payment information for Team Accounts is taken from the Team Account Page, listed under the team. This information is different than the payment information listed on your personal account billing page. Updating payment information or adding a new credit card is done using the Update Payment button on the team billing page. There is no "Remove Credit Card" option for team accounts.
