Are Heroku customers required to enable MFA along with Salesforce?


Heroku customers are required to enable MFA beginning February 1, 2022 when Salesforce will start requiring customers to enable MFA in order to access Salesforce products.

Heroku users must use MFA for every login through the Heroku web user interface (known as Heroku Dashboard). You’re encouraged to start planning for this change by enabling MFA for your Heroku account now. Heroku MFA is available at no extra cost.

If you’re a Heroku Enterprise customer, your account administrator can require MFA for all users by enabling the option in Account Settings (available starting August 2021). If you are using SSO, turn on MFA with your SSO provider to ensure that all users meet the MFA requirement.
