Hobby-Dev databases that belong to an Enterprise Account or Team will be converted to Mini starting on November 28, 2022. Hobby-Dev databases that belong to personal accounts will be deleted, even if that user also belongs to an Enterprise Team.
Note that free databases that belong to personal accounts have been deleted, and free dynos have been converted to eco dynos scaled down to 0, even if that user also belongs to an Enterprise Team. We suggested these users must upgrade to paid resources before November 28, 2022. Upgrade to paid plans to avoid data deletion or app disruption. You can download your Heroku Postgres data if you need a backup.
Starting November 28th, 2022, free databases in personal and Heroku Team accounts have been queued for deletion. As the deleted database retention period is completed unfortunately we would not be able to provide any backup of the deleted database.
