How do I request a Heroku Connect Maintenance window moratorium?


You're a Signature Customer and you saw there is an upcoming Heroku Connect maintenance that interferes during normal business hours and would incur significant business impact.


Enterprise Signature customers can request that Heroku makes no scheduled maintenance that would cause them downtime.

  • You must submit a Support ticket at at least two weeks ahead of the scheduled maintenance and must provide a business case.
  • The moratorium may not be approved for more than 1 month

NOTE: Heroku Engineering reserves the ability to move it to a date that works or decline the request. This request can only be done by Enterprise Signature Customers.
