Issue
I am a member of an enterprise team and there is an app that has a Heroku Postgres addon. The team admin got a maintenance notification yesterday, but I haven't received it yet. Which Heroku accounts receive maintenance notifications?
Resolution
All collaborators and the team admins get a maintenance notification email. All users receive these notifications regardless of their app permissions. There is one restriction in that an account must have logged in to Heroku at least once in order to receive these notifications.
