Are stable outbound IP addresses for a Private Space changed?

Issue

Stable outbound IP addresses are set to use IP whitelisting to secure our services. I'm wondering if these IPs can be changed for some reasons. In that case, I need to update on our services.

No, stable outbound IP addresses are not changed after the Private Space is created.
