Why isn't a user on my team receiving email notifications from Heroku Connect?


One of the users on my team is expecting to receive email notifications from Heroku Connect. Other team members who have access to our app received the email notifications, but this specific user hasn't.


The user needs to be a collaborator on the Heroku Connect connection in order to receive email notifications about the connection. In your Heroku Connect dashboard, you can view the collaborators by going to Settings -> Manage Connection -> Access. There will be a Notifications Enabled checkbox that's enabled by default for all of the collaborators.

If a user that you're expecting to see isn't in the list of collaborators, that user needs to log in and view the Heroku Connect dashboard. The user can do this by either going to the Heroku dashboard and clicking the Heroku Connect add-on, or by doing a heroku addons:open herokuconnect -a app-name from the CLI.
