Why I get an error and unable to request mapping to poll when clicking "Poll Now" button in a short period?

Issue

I get the following error when clicking "Poll Now" button in a short period.

Unable to request mapping to poll. Request was throttled. Expected available in 27 seconds. Status code: 429 (HTTPError: error)

"Poll Now" is limited to use 100 requests per day, but also 1 per minute. Please check Mapping Actions for more details.
