How do I remove NEL related response headers from my Heroku app?

Issue

Heroku recently added Network Error Logging (NEL) but we would like to remove the feature for my app.

Please contact Heroku support with the name of the app you would like to have the NEL feature disabled.

Note: Enabling the flag doesn't affect the visitors to the application.
