Not Authorized errors trying to log into an add-ons SSO using Dashboard

Issue

Getting a "Not Authorized" error when trying to view an add-on for an application via Heroku Dashboard

Resolution

1. Check if the user has got appropriate permissions as mentioned here.

2. Try logging into the add-on SSO using the CLI instead. e.g.:

heroku addons:open ADDON_NAME -a APP_NAME
