Your transaction or verification attempt card has not been processed successfully and you have received an AVS failure message.
AVS stands for Address Verification System. When updating or entering a card for the first time, the billing address must match exactly what your bank has on file for the card.
If you believe your billing information is correct, but your bank is declining the transaction, we recommend reaching out to your bank directly to verify your current address information. If the credit card continues not to work despite trying many different configurations, you may need to use a different card entirely.
