How do I end my Heroku Enterprise contract?


You currently have a Heroku Enterprise contract and would like to discuss ending your contract before the expiration date.


To discuss your Heroku Enterprise contract we recommend one of the following options:

  1. If you know whom your Salesforce AE is, please email them directly so that they can provide further guidance.
  2. To learn of whom your Salesforce AE is, we recommend reaching out to the Heroku Enterprise Licensing & Provisioning team. We’ll be able to share that information with you after you create a support ticket.
