Resolution
To discuss your Heroku Enterprise contract we recommend one of the following options:
- If you know whom your Salesforce AE is, please email them directly so that they can provide further guidance.
- To learn of whom your Salesforce AE is, we recommend reaching out to the Heroku Enterprise Licensing & Provisioning team. WeâÃÂÃÂll be able to share that information with you after you create a support ticket.
