How do I view tickets submitted by other people on my Team?

Issue

You need to view tickets submitted by members of your team, for apps under that team.

Resolution

If you are an admin on a Team or Enterprise Team, you can view tickets submitted by others for your Team’s apps. The tickets are listed under the Team Tickets tab on the Heroku Support site.

You will not receive notifications for Team tickets by default, but you can subscribe to a ticket to receive notifications.
