How can I regain access to my Heroku Connect dashboard?

Issue

You're receiving an "unauthorized" error or are otherwise having trouble accessing one or more of your connections on your Connect Dashboard.

Resolution

The Heroku Connect app stores an access token for your account. You may occasionally need to refresh that token manually. To do this, you can either:

  • From the command line: Run heroku addons:open herokuconnect.
  • From the Heroku Dashboard: From your Heroku Dashboard, click your app, click the Resources tab, then click the Heroku Connect addon.
