You are listed as an app owner, team admin, collaborator, or have the operate permission on a Heroku app using free Heroku Dynos, hobby-dev Heroku Data for Redis, or hobby-dev Heroku Postgres plans. Starting November 28, 2022, free databases will be queued for deletion and apps using free dynos will be automatically converted to Eco dynos and scaled down to 0.
If you wish to upgrade to a paid product plan, we have documentation on how that can be done for Heroku Dynos, Heroku Postgres and Heroku Data for Redis.
You can download your Heroku Postgres data if you need a backup.
To recover your data, contact Heroku Support as soon as possible.
