Why can’t I transfer my Heroku Team to an Enterprise Team?


Card-paying users who convert to Heroku Enterprise must move apps owned by their Heroku Team to their Enterprise account to consolidate billing.


You must be an admin for any Heroku Teams you want to transfer, as well as be the Enterprise admin for the account you want to transfer the team to. We only show teams that you're an admin for when you select teams to transfer on the Dashboard. See the Dev Center instructions to transfer a team to an Enterprise account.
