Issue
You'd like to access your new Enterprise Team, but the link in the email you received results in a 404 when attempting to open the Dashboard.
Resolution
When a Heroku Account is converted to Enterprise, you will receive an email titled, titled:
- "Package order: your-team Enterprise Team has been provisioned on Heroku".
Accessing your Enterprise Team
If you have not logged into your Heroku account previously, we recommend resetting your password by clicking the Forgot Password link:

Adding Additional Members
After you access your Enterprise Team Account, you can opt to add additional members to the team. Please view the associated documentation section titled: "Managing Organization Access" (page 5) in the Heroku Enterprise Onboarding Guide
