Resolution
Credit card verification is a security requirement for the use of third-party add-ons and custom domains. You will not be billed for using free add-on plans even if you have your credit card information on file.
For all account verifications, there is a process to confirm the card being processed. Most often verification transactions are dropped as soon as it's successful, but some banks may take up to 10 days for the pending verifications to fall off.
