Issue
Heroku users that log into their New Relic account through a Heroku Enterprise team may find that they have a User role on their New Relic account and that the Owner is something like team-name@herokumanager.com.
Resolution
If you are an Admin on the Heroku Enterprise Team or a Collaborator on the specific app, you can log a ticket with Heroku Support requesting that you'd like your New Relic user account updated to Admin privileges. Once Heroku Support has confirmed your Heroku admin status we will escalate to New Relic to make the required changes.
