You've received a charge from Heroku and would like a copy of the associated invoice.
Resolution
Heroku Billing Support will be able to provide copies of invoices to the Personal Account Owner or Heroku Team Admin(s). If you are not the Personal Account Owner or a Team Admin, we will not be able to honor your request. Please contact the application owner to request invoices, as we cannot distribute these on their behalf.
Invoice access
If you've received a Heroku charge on your credit card, this does not confirm that you are the owner of the applications stored on Heroku.
