Why do I see 'Transaction Not Allowed' when trying to pay my bill?

Issue

Your invoice payment was declined and you are receiving the message “Transaction Not Allowed” in your Dashboard.

Resolution

When you select Pay Now in the Billing section of your Dashboard, you may receive the message Transaction Not Allowed if your card is declined. This message indicates a rejection on the side of the credit card provider for unspecified reasons.

In these cases, the card may be in perfect working order, but the bank will not approve this transaction. You will need to contact your bank for more information.
