I'm an Enterprise user and upgrade to the new data plans. What happens to my data after November 28, 2022?

For Enterprise users, starting November 28, 2022, Hobby-Dev databases that belong to an Enterprise Account or Team will be converted to Mini starting on this date. This conversion will result in your app restarting, and in the case of databases, a new release of your app. You can choose to upgrade your dynos and databases yourself at a time that's convenient for you, prior to November 28, 2022. Instructions can be found in our Dev Center for upgrading Heroku Postgres (https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/updating-heroku-postgres-databases) and Heroku Data for Redis (https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/heroku-redis#upgrading-a-heroku-data-for-redis-plan).

There will be no immediate change in cost to your Heroku Enterprise invoices if an app is upgraded from a free tier resource to a paid tier resource. Any changes to Heroku Enterprise pricing would require a contract update to take effect. If you have any concerns about your contract pricing, please contact your account executive.

Hobby-Dev databases that belong to personal accounts will be deleted, and free dynos will be converted to eco dynos scaled down to 0, even if that user also belongs to an Enterprise Team. These users must upgrade to paid resources before November 28, 2022. To recover your data, contact Heroku Support as soon as possible.
