Issue
You need to view invoices for your Heroku Personal account or a Heroku Team.
Resolution
Heroku bills on a monthly basis for usage accrued in the previous month in USD. We're provided a short guide on how to review monthly invoices for either your Personal Heroku account or a Heroku Team.
Invoices for Personal accounts:
For personal accounts, your invoices can be found on the Billing page. Detailed invoices for each month are available under the Invoices section.
Note: Your Personal Heroku account may not be accruing paid usage and display invoices. Be sure to check any Heroku Team(s) for invoices as well.
- Log into your Personal Heroku account
- Select your avatar in the upper right-hand corner and make the selection Account Settings
- Under the header Manage Account, select Billing
- View past invoices, listed by date
- Select the invoice in question to display the full invoice
- In the upper right-hand corner of the invoice, you'll be able to view the invoice number, which should correspond to the charge you've received on your bank statement.
Invoices for Heroku Teams:
Heroku Teams are billed on a per-team basis. If you're a member or admin of multiple Heroku Teams, please check each team's billing page to view invoices for that particular team.
Note: If you do not see any Team(s) listed here, then you are not a member of the team and will first need to be invited by an Admin.
- Log into your Personal Heroku account
- Select Personal on the left side of the screen select the drop-down to expose the Team View
- Under the Team Name, select Billing
- View past invoices, listed by date
- Select the invoice in question to display the full invoice
- In the upper right-hand corner of the invoice, you'll be able to view the invoice number, which should correspond to the charge you've received on your bank statement.
Invoice permissions:
Invoices for Heroku Teams are only visible to Admins and you can learn more about Team permissions here:
