Will Eco dynos, Mini Heroku Postgres, and Mini Heroku Data for Redis be the default for Heroku Buttons starting Nov 28, 2022?

Mini database plans will be the default. Eco dynos will be the default dyno type if you have purchased the Eco dynos plan. Otherwise, the default is Basic dynos for personal accounts and non-Enterprise teams, and Standard-1X dynos for Enterprise teams.
