What if I'm unable to log into Heroku.com to contact Heroku support?

You have been instructed to log into help.heroku.com to create a Heroku support case. But the email address you used to log into heroku.com is no longer working and you need to reach Heroku Support.

Resolution

From the email address you used to log into your Heroku account, email support@heroku.com.
